Clore Day-Care Centre In Bat Yam

This two-storey building in Bat Yam is one of 75 kindergartens built in the early 1970’s all over the country, with a donation made by Sir Charles Clore. The two-storey building, which has served the community throughout the years, was renovated with the help of the Foundation through the Bat Yam Leisure and Sports Company. The renovated kindergarten has four classrooms, and is intended to function as a multipurpose day-care facility.  It was dedicated in November 2008, in the presence of the Chairman and Trustees of the Clore Israel Foundation, and Mayor Shlomi Lahiani. The aim of the renovations was to provide the children with quality care and an enriching environment, and to enable mothers to continue working, or to enter the job market. The renovated kindergarten has four classrooms, and is intended to function as a multipurpose day-care facility.
